IYU Soccer Pavilion

Overview

The IYU Recreation Reserve in Henry Road, Pakenham will be Cardinia Shire’s premier soccer facility and one of the best soccer venues in Melbourne’s south east.

As part of this project, a new $2.7 million new soccer pavilion was constructed with a new all-purpose synthetic playing surface with associated sports lighting.  The pavilion included:

• Home-and-away change rooms and amenities
• Umpire's change rooms and amenities
• Social room
• Kiosk / kitchen
• Meeting spaces
• Storage areas
• Plant areas
• Gymnasium
• First Aid Room
