Rudds Consulting Engineers is a successful Canberra based company that is a leader in its field with innovative environmentally friendly engineering solutions.
We are able to integrate state-of-the-art technologies to reduce the impact building services have on the environment.
We have used our innovative approach to contribute to the design of the first Australian building to achieve a 5-star Green star energy rating in 2004 and many others since then.
We have completed the building services designs for two office buildings that have each achieved certified 6-Star Green Star ratings, including simulated 5-Star NABERS design ratings. These buildings are 50 Marcus Clarke Street Canberra (DEEWR) and 32 Turbot Street Brisbane (Santos Place).
Rudds has been involved in the design of critical building services, including air-conditioning, communications, power, and lighting for commercial, aviation, Defence and recreational facilities for over 40 years.
Rudds have engineered local solutions from international methods including trigeneration and passive slab heating and cooling.
Rudds has excellent relationships with contractors and competitors alike and our aim in dealings with these groups is always to have in mind the best interests of the customer and strive for successful project outcomes.
